At the request of superintendents and other educational leaders from across the area, The Blueprint for Educational Change convened a one-day meeting of national and regional experts, superintendents, assistant superintendents, directors of curriculum and instruction, human resource directors, principals, teacher leaders, deans of schools of education, and community leaders to discuss and analyze data, case studies, and best practices on recruiting, developing, and supporting effective teachers.
